Hello, I am planning to possibly get liposuction on one side of my face b/c it is slightly fatter than the other…I would like to schedule an appointment 2 a plastic surgeon to see if it is possible and the pricing,etc…I would like 2 know if a visit to a plastic surgeon for consultation is free or do I have to pay 2 see him/her just to find out if surgery is possible?
