The term "body contouring" has been in use to refer to plastic surgery procedures designed to improve the overall appearance of body shape. Traditionally body contouring has been used to describe breast augmentation, tummy tuck, thigh and buttock lift and lift arm and other surgical procedures.

With the advent and popularization of liposuction, the term body sculpting or liposculpture was used to describe the use of liposuction to improve body contouring using liposuction instead of surgical procedures that require the removal of the skin.

While I've been reluctant to use the term sculpture to describe some of the results obtained with traditional liposuction, the results I am achieving with the new laser SlimLipo ® Aspire ® liposuction unit are truly refined and worthy of the use of the term laser body sculpting.

Notice in the photos under the guise of the pack, "six" in the abdomen of the patient. Using the procedure SlimLipo ® was able to melt fat and tighten the skin so that the contour of the abdominal muscles can be clearly seen after the procedure. This type of result was impossible using traditional surgery and liposuction or abdominoplasty. The term laser body sculpture is certainly appropriate in this case.

I am achieving truly remarkable results laser body sculpture with the new Slimlipo ® laser fat melting, skin tightening laser liposuction unit. Laser body sculpting is possible in the neck, waist, abdomen, thighs, hips, buttocks, arms and other body areas where excess fat and loose skin or bothers you. We are just beginning to appreciate the many uses and benefits of this exciting laser liposuction and skin tightening technologies.
