Anyone out there have an opinion of liposuction vs. lipodissolve?
Results? Pain? Cost for ___ procedure?
The results from a liposuction procedure are much more dramatic than those from lipodissolve. However, the lipodissolve procedure is much less invasive, and therefore less risky to a patient. Lipodissolve involves getting injections in the area that you desire less fat. Liposuction is major surgery. While recovering from lipodissolve, you are instructed to take Tylenol or Advil to alleviate pain and swelling. With liposiction, you will have swelling, bruising, pain and might be off your feet for a while.
As far as cost, I’m afraid I have 0 experience with the cost of liposuction. But I have a friend who recently had lipodissolve, and she paid $2000 per area. So, if you want inner and outer thighs plus your belly (for example), that’d be $10,000.
However, she was up and about that very night, only complaining of soreness at the injection sites.
