Surgical versus surgical treatment of baldness

Baldness is probably the most rampant of plastic surgical problems and indeed is the most frequent in men in the office of a plastic surgeon. We know the reasons for baldness, and should not come as a surprise to learn that baldness is also present in women, as evidenced by thinning hair and stains baldness, especially in the peri-and post-menopause. Several surgical and non surgical procedures like hair transplant, hair and tissue binding, wigs, medical treatment such as minoxidil and finasteride are in use and present a confusing array of patient treatment for baldness

What are the options
Hair loss and thinning is a direct consequence of the role of testosterone on its receptors in the scalp and hair region on the back of the head is usually quite resistant to the effects of testosterone, and therefore keeps the hair for longer periods. It is these facts that are the basis of various forms treatment.

Role of medical treatment
Finasteride is a blocker of testosterone receptors and blocks the effect of testosterone. Therefore, allowing a decrease in hair loss, and likely to revert to some of Faller's hair in the hair nano, which are there, probably get thicker. Is a drug that is used mainly in older patients with prostate problems. The baldness of the prescribed dose is very small, 1 mg daily on alternate days; at this dose virtually no side effects

Minoxidil is an agent that increases blood flow to the scalp, and indirectly increases the density of hair, and a small reduction in hair loss. However, less than half the people who actually use them, have a tangible benefit. Both drugs must taken for prolonged periods, often a lifetime.

Hair transplant – this is the only true solution to baldness. The surgical procedure which is a work day is done under local anesthesia, and almost no discomfort, naturally is the only procedure available. The hair that is implanted, almost never falls, can go to any length, and require no maintenance. Almost no precautions to be taken after a hair transplant. You can repeat the procedure after 6 months gap of almost 3 times. However, we know that hair transplantation requires 6 months for the purpose of demonstrating, as the hair has to go through a natural phase. Moreover, we can not ensure a density, which was present at younger ages, and for one to achieve that kind of density, it is necessary to repeat procedures.

Hair tissue, the link – these are the artificial procedures, in which someone elses hair is used to cover the head. The hair on the head is fixed with silicone adhesive, or with clips or sutures for the rest of hair. The advantage is that this is very fast, painless, instantaneous, and gives a high density. However, the low costs should not influence in the decision, since one has to go to the salon every 2 weeks to get Refix, adding to costs. Also you can not go out with a strong wind or rain Torrential, you can not swim, or airdive, or doing any outdoor activity, physical exertion or contact sports. Sever allergies are known for adhesives, and hair is released from the constant pull of the clips used to fix the patch.

HAIR TRANSPLANT IS THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!
