I have big butt and fat outer thighs. I can’t afford liposuction at all. Please recommend a good compression garment so I can look good.

People will still see you are overweight.
I am not trying to be rude but why not forgo the garments or even liposuction altogether. Start eating right and exercise to burn the fat rather than just hide it. The fact of the matter is when you remove the garment nothing will have changed!
