severe pain after breast augmentation?

Question by Winter: severe pain after breast augmentation?
had a breast augmentation on Tuesday and now the pain is unbearable. My right breast is swollen on the top (way more than the left breast) along with bruising. It feels like sharp pains shooting through the side of boob, under my right arm, and to the nipple. Sometimes it feels like I’m ripping on the inside. I can’t make any arm movements at all on my right arm. The vicodin that was given to me is not helping with the pain. I’m going to call my doctor when the office opens this morning, but has anyone been through this before or have any idea what could be going on?

know something about this pain you well have but the meds are suppose to help call the doc.
