I’m sure the Cosmetic Surgery Lobby will agree with you. As for me, I like real ones, regardless of size.

Now does that count all cosmetic surgery? Like for people in major accidents who need to have their faces and bodies rebuilt? Mastectomy patients who want reconstruction?
