Congressional Democrats wish to institute a 10% tax on cosmetic surgery in order to offset the cost of health care. Are you hearing me? The boobies are in jeopardy!

Is there no end to the lengths our representatives will go? How long must that semi-cute chick who lives three houses down from me remain flat chested? We should be pushing more boob for the buck – no? My god… What has the world come to?

I’m sure the Cosmetic Surgery Lobby will agree with you. As for me, I like real ones, regardless of size.

Now does that count all cosmetic surgery? Like for people in major accidents who need to have their faces and bodies rebuilt? Mastectomy patients who want reconstruction?
