I know a girl who had a ‘nose job’ done when she had to have a tonsilectomy. Her insurance was already paying for the room/hospital stay, anesthesiologist, etc. so her only cost was for the plastic surgery itself.

I am having surgery to repair a hernia in my abdomen (very small one), and am curious if I may be able to do such an “add-on surgery” as a liposuction in only my abdomen. The rest I’ll take care of myself.
(I’m not vain; I need to lower my BMI before undergoing fertility treatments, and due to a thyroidectomy, am having difficulties.)

I’m going to be looking into some prices and consultations, but I want to know what to expect so I’m not surprised.
